Slabcoat Service Packages

Give your precious slabs and acrylics the protection they deserve!

What does Slabcoat do?

A fine ceramic coating is applied to give semi-permanent protection. It helps to:

• UV protection to help reduce fading and aging
• Enhanced scratch resistance for everyday handling
• Hydrophobic properties that repel fingerprints and smudges
• Anti-static performance to reduce dust buildup
• Improved clarity and a slick, glass-like finish

The coating is expected to have a minimum 3 year lifetime in harsh outdoor conditions:

• In display cases with minimal handling: Approximately 5–10 years or longer
• With frequent handling and cleaning: Around 3–5 years before performance gradually diminishes

This service takes approximately 10-15 days as we need to allow the coating to properly cure and harden for maximum protection.

Basic – Slabcoat

Protective ceramic coating applied to your slab for enhanced gloss, UV resistance, hydrophobic protection, and reduced fingerprints and surface wear.

Standard – Slab Restore + Coat

Includes the basic service + light micro-scratch removal. We use Koch Chemie polishing compounds for the best finish possible.

Premium – Restore + Coat + Photography

Includes the standard service with professional high-resolution studio photography of your finished slab — ideal for collection showcases, insurance records, or sales listings. Includes a front, back and three quarter front photo which is at least 4000px at the longest length.

This service applies to all types of slabs (PSA, BGS, TAG, ACE, CGC etc...) and can also be done to acrylic cases, such as Cardboard Guardian Elite or Forge cases.

Rates are per slab. Please add your card name, grader and slab number in the comment order box. Failure to do so can result in delayed processing.
